Personal Approach
I understand that clients want to be genuinely heard and responded to in a way that makes positive life changes. I also understand that clients want results, they want to feel better, they want to manage their lives better and they want more joy in life. Given this I adopt a supportive, solution-focused approach which provides sufficient scope for reflection, and entails thorough client information gathering, collaborative goal setting and strengths/values identification. I regularly check in with clients to ensure they are receiving the support and results that they expect.
